The majority of our resources is directly allocated to the implementation and realisation of the projects we support. They are managed by our teams on the ground in collaboration with local partners. Public donors (DGDC, UE, RW, BSF) assure for 80% of their funding while our marketing and fundraising departments are responsible for complementary funds. They are solicited from private donors (foundations, corporations) and ensure the smooth functioning of the NGO in covering the costs of personnel and structure (14%).
